Don't assume yes is the default

Why is Consent Important

Respects autonomy: Affirms the right of us and our partner(s) to make our own choices.
Supports well-being: Reinforces the importance of making decisions that feel safe and right for each person.
Establishes clear boundaries: Promotes mutual understanding and helps prevent harm or discomfort.
